Born in France, my artistic journey began in Newburgh, New York, USA. Creativity came naturally to me, growing up in a family of artists—my mother and sister both practice the arts, my Great Grand Father : Louis Delaporte. During my year in the United States, I immersed myself in photography, painting, and drawing, laying the foundation for my creative path.

Upon returning to France, I attended the renowned Atelier de Sèvres in Paris, which prepared me to join EPSAA (École Professionnelle Supérieure d’Arts Graphiques et d’Architecture). During my five years there, I specialized in graphic arts, painting, photography, illustration, and typography. After graduating, I began my career as a graphic designer, first in Paris and later in Madrid.

In 2012, I relocated to Dubai, where I dedicated eight transformative years to painting. My extensive travels through India, Oman, Jordan, Armenia, Iran, Lebanon, Jerusalem, and the UAE inspired two well-received exhibitions that celebrated the vibrant cultures and landscapes I encountered. While in Dubai, I also started teaching painting, which became a deeply fulfilling and inspiring experience.

Returning to Madrid marked a new chapter in my artistic evolution. In 2024, I had the privilege of participating in a plein air workshop in France led by Jacques Rohaut, a marine painter. This experience profoundly impacted my approach to art, inspiring me to embrace painting directly from life. This year, I transitioned from working predominantly from photographs to capturing the essence of my surroundings in real time—whether urban streets, landscapes, or fleeting moments.

Currently, I paint and draw en plein air, working primarily in oil and watercolor. I also collaborate with Urban Sketchers. My focus is to convey the immediacy and vitality of being present in a place, embracing the French tradition of «sur le motif.»

Since committing to life as a full-time artist, I have passionately pursued growth and excellence, channeling my love for painting and drawing into every piece. Each brushstroke reflects my deep connection to the world around me and my commitment to capturing its beauty.
